On-the-Day Styling

From £350* + Travel

If you’ve hired props for our collection or have curated your own decor items and are looking for someone to beautifully setup and style your special day, we’re here to help. Prices start from £350 and will be dependent on items, setup time and how many stylists are needed on site.

- 30 Minute Pre-Wedding Phonecall to discuss the styling and placement.

- Up to 3 Hours Setup & Styling.

- Dressing all your tables beautifully. 

- Placing all signage around the grounds. 

- Decorating your ceremony and seating areas.

- Making sure everything is picture perfect ready for your arrival.

- Ensuring all your decor storage boxes/bags are safely stored away at the venue.

- Take Down Service the following morning can also be provided if needed. Returning at 8-9am the following morning to pack down, put all decor items neatly back in the boxes/bags provided for us to whisk away or ready for you to collect.

This bespoke Design Guide will showcase beautiful concepts for ALL decorative elements for your day. Detailed tablescapes, crockery and glassware, linens and place names, ceremony and top table backdrops, seating areas and prop setups, floral arrangements and design, bespoke signage, desserts displays, lighting, ceiling installations and statement photo areas. Ensuring that every little detail has been considered and is beautifully cohesive throughout.

- Supplier Sourcing
After styling hundreds of weddings, we know some of the most creative and wonderful suppliers in the biz to suit your styling vision and budget. Suppliers who we love and trust wholeheartedly to deliver exceptional service!

- Gathering Quotes
Saving you precious weeks worth of time in the lead up to the wedding and taking the stress away by giving detailed design briefs to suppliers, checking availability and gathering quotes for you. All payments go directly between you and the suppliers.

- Coordination of ALL Styling & Decorative Suppliers
Rounding up your ultimate creative venue glam squad, making sure everyone is fully briefed with the timeline and setup requirements for the morning of the wedding. Working in harmony with your lovely florist, cake maker, signage supplier, crockery and linen company, lighting queens etc to bring together floral installations, dreamy ambient lighting and fabulous dessert displays.

Available for professional styling and planning advice and support in the lead up to the wedding.

Making everything look picture perfect for your arrival. Coordinating all decorative suppliers on the day to create the dreamiest setting EVER!
​* If the venue is further than 50 miles from us there will be an additional fee for the venue visit, delivery and collection of props and an overnight stay may be required. If Boho & Bloom props exceed what's included within the package, the additional balance will be added to your final payment. For on-the-day styling packages the minimum prop spend must be met for Boho & Bloom prop hire items.
